I have been passionate about travel for as long as I can remember. I am extremely fortunate to have friends and family around the world allowing a fabulous excuse to visit many destinations. My most recent excuse was visiting family in South Africa.

In 2016 I solo travelled around the world. I went from sipping Singapore slings in the famous Raffles hotel to sleeping under the stars on the Australian outback floor in a sleeping bag. I spent a great deal of time travelling Australia in particular but Cambodia was eye-opening and was hands down the most interesting country I have ever visited. I was also lucky to experience Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan and the USA on the same trip.

I started my journey with Baldwins Travel in November 2022. I have a real passion for travel, and I have worked in the industry for more than 30 years.  I have been fortunate to visit many countries and have passed this passion for travel on to my 2 grown up children who have also travelled extensively. Top of my list for favourite destination would be Thailand but Las Vegas, Venice, Maldives, and New York come very close. There are so many to mention, such lovely memories in each.

This year I’m off to St Lucia, Croatia, and Mauritius!

My top travel tip…Never travel without insurance.

I started my journey with Baldwins Travel in January 2022. I have a real passion for travel, and I have worked in the industry for more than 30 years with many different companies.  I was born in Croatia and brought up in Sweden and have been fortunate to travel to many lovely countries.  

My favourite destination is…. 

Top of my list for favourite destinations would be Maldives, Canada, Sri Lanka, Croatia, Italy, Madeira and many more. Vancouver Island in particular, as whale watching was an amazing experience which all the family will remember for a long time. 

This year I will be exploring the UK!

I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years and I joined the Baldwins team September 2022. Throughout my career, I have been incredibly fortunate to travel to many destinations including Greece, New York ,Las Vegas ,Barbados ,St Lucia ,Mallorca just to name a few. I have also travelled to a few places in Italy and Canada but I am looking forward to going back to explore these great countries further.

I am an Orlando specialist and I have just recently returned from the most incredible holiday. This was a multi-generational trip with my children and grandchildren. It’s true what they say: children and adults act the same way at Disney World: full of wonder, excitement, and positivity!

We stayed in a Disney hotel and made the most of all the extra perks which made the holiday extra magical!

I have developed a love and passion in travelling over the last few years. I have so many countries on the to do list and working in travel I am always keen to learn more. I’m one of these people who finishes paying of a holiday and already making plans for my next! I have been to Spain, Portugal, Italy, South Africa for a Safari Holiday which I would highly recommend, even just the orange sun rises on the morning game drive are just breath-taking. I have also travelled the east coast Australia in a campervan for two weeks which inspired me so much when I came home I trained to be an Aussie Specialist and feel confident selling anywhere in Australia. I am returning to Queensland for a further 5 weeks at the end of this year to hotel hop and explore some of the bucket list islands Queensland has to offer.

My favourite destination is Australia. It’s like flying to a different planet! Not just hot but full of beautiful beaches, stunning towns, cities and so many hidden gems!
